Built by preserve operators

Bird inventory and prepaid packages in the same book.

A requested bird is not a bird released, and a prepaid package is not the same as cash collected today. PreserveBook keeps those distinctions visible for commercial game-bird preserves.

See stock and upcoming demand separately

Compare recorded stock with future hunt requests to spot shortages. Actual release and harvest records are kept distinct from booking estimates.

Record the birds entering your preserve

Log purchases and deliveries, supplier details and pen allocations. Keep source documents with the transaction using private invoice storage when configured.

Account for losses and count corrections

Record pre-release mortality and dated physical-count adjustments with reasons and retained history. Staff can review a correction rather than quietly replacing stock totals.

Track season and half-season allowance

Show the customer’s package, usage and remaining shared dollar allowance. A mixed bag is valued using configured per-bird rates. Historical rate-snapshot accounting is not currently provided.

Add money without replacing the package

Choose $500, $1,000 or a custom received amount. Record the date, method and note while preserving the original purchase and hunt history. This records an existing payment; it does not charge a card.

Connect operational and state records

Carry actual purchase, release and harvest evidence into record preparation. Permit-specific requirements and agency forms still need review; recorded inventory alone does not establish compliance.
